All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Claims for defective merchandise, shortages, delays, or failures in
shipment of delivery, or any other cause, shall be deemed waived and
released by Buyer unless made in writing within ten (10) days after
arrival of the merchandise.
Standard is expanded ends unless specified.
Warranty: Seller warrants that all materials and work covered by
this Order will conform to the specifications, drawing, samples, or other
descriptions furnished or specified by the Seller or specifications of the Buyer
approved in writing by an officer of the seller, and will be of
good materials and workmanship and free from defect. This warranty is limited solely
to the cost of replacement parts or materials. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED
TO A PERIOD OF NENETY (90) DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY
AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, IMPLIED, EXPRESS, OR
STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL,
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THESE PRODUCTS.
DELIVERY Shall be subject to and contingent upon delays beyond Seller's
reasonable control, and Seller Shall not be liable for any loss or damage
arising therefrom.
Without limiting any other remedy, Seller shall have the right, at any time,
for credit reasons or because of Buyer's default, to withhold shipments,
in whole or part, to recall goods in transit, retake the same, and repossess all goods which may be stored with Seller for Buyer's account.
Prices and specifications subject to change without notice, without incurring any obligation on our part.
All material will be invoiced at price in effect at time of shipment. All prices and discounts are based
on one shipment to one destination. This price list supercedes and cancels all previous price lists.
There are no credit or returns for non stock catalogue items, catalogue variations or specials.

Any internet purchases by phone automatically agrees to these terms and conditions. Shipping rates are
estimated through a shipping program. Actual rates may vary. Shipping surcharges will apply if the actual
shipping amount exceeds the programs estimated amount. These rates are based on weight and do not
take the dimensional weight into consideration. The rates usually vary due to the dimensional weights
being higher than the actual. They can also be affected by choosing to ship via UPS when the package
must ship via a common carrier. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please feel free to contact us for a rate quote or to verify how your
package may ship prior to placing an order. These can have the biggest effect on priority or express
shipments. We ask all of our customers to use discretion when requesting priority shipping methods.
Changes to shipping prices due to any or all of the above mentioned reasons may be charged without notice.
The prices listed are for USA-based customers only. For international accounts, there is a 5% net charge.
An international price is not determined by multiplying US prices by the exchange rate. There are freight, insurance and duty considerations as well.
- There will be a 10% surcharge on all expedited orders.

There will be a minimum 10% surcharge on all cancelled orders. This can be avoided in some cases if we are notified soon after the order is placed. Cancellation charges for special order items will be levied on a case by case basis but will apply. If you have a question about delivery on an item you are encouraged to call before placing your order.

In general. Coalescing filters-stock- 2 weeks, HEPA Filters- cartridge stock, panels 2-3 weeks, Equipment- Up to 8 weeks. Tools and specials 2-3 weeks. Ductwork- 1-2 days, Tubing and fittings, stock to 7-10 days. Hose- stock to 1 week. Shop vacs - stock to 1 week.

Returns: If shipment appears damaged, don't pay freight unless damage is marked on bill by carrier. No return authorization required.

Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices don't include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice.
