Based on light planer / moulder shavings and (240 lbs.) based on hardwood dust and small hardwood chips (to 350 lbs).· Volume reduction of waste varies from a 4-5 to 1 ratio (fine dust) to a 10 to 1 ratio on (planer or moulder shavings). This inclusive feature is an added cost option on many of the European Mfg. systems.· BP 1000 Briquette press is employed with a PLC control system (programmable logic controls), offering a major advantage with regards to maintenance associated with mechanical switches and pneumatic switches. The PLC also eliminates the mechanical switch failures associated with dirt, dust, and moisture.· Due to the BP 1000’s ability to produce an extremely hard and heavy briquette, the energy / heating potential is incredibly high! * 2,000 lbs. of briquettes are equivalent to 430-460 liters of heating oil.* Ash occurrence / residue is literally nonexistent at an average of 1.25%.* The Briquette System is an acceptable fuel in many cities due to the cleanliness of the burn. Most material as it fuels a wood boiler system, exhaust an extremely light and white smoke ensuring a very low environmental impact.
