Step 1 - Select your material

If lengths of industrial tubing are less than 20 feet a cut charge will be applied. Cut charges can be added in the Misc category. There are two charges. One for tubing for diameters up to 6", and a cut charge for tubing sizes from 8 inch to 14 inch in diameter. For instance, if you require 2 pieces 8 ft in length of 2.125" tubing, then two cut charges 0-6" need to be applied.

Delivery:

We offer fast shipping on our industrial vacuum tubing components. Most tubing can ship within 1 or 2 days from receipt of an order. Cut tubing lengths may take several days because they have to be put into production.

Products:

We offer industrial vacuum and pneumatic conveying tubing in galvanized (zinc plated), aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel. Our aluminum tubing is 6061 seem less aluminum tubing. Our galvanized, carbon and stainless steel tubing is welded tubing and is produced to meet our tight quality control standards.

Sizes and Specs:

We offer industrial vacuum tubing in diameters from 1-1/2 inch in up to 14 inches in diameter. We offer most vacuum tubing in 11, 14 and 16 gauge.

Tubing Gauge Thicknesses are as follows;

16 Gauge = 0.065"

14 Gauge = 0.083"

12 Gauge = 0.109"

11 Gauge = 0.120" - Approximately 1/8"

Special Services Offered:

Among our standard tubing inventory we also offer special services such as ceramic coating, porcelan lining, spiral grooving to stop angel hair, and directional shot peening. Please allow up to 4-5 weeks on delivery of special engineered and coated tubing.

Typically, mist-laden air enters through a flexible hose and hits the centrifugal fan blades in a process called impaction. Sub-micron particles are trapped and retained until they grow to droplet size. They are then thrown free of the perforated drum to the inner wall of the casing by centrifugal force. High velocity air drives the liquid oil along the walls and through the circumferential slot into a collection chamber. the clean air is returned to the plant environment, by way of the exhaust grill and the clean recycled oil drains from the unit for reuse or disposal.

There are many practical, versatile and effective applications for these including: Food processing, Automatic screw machines, Horizontal vertical and CNC machining centers, ink mist, CNC lathes, and venting lubrication systems.

Typically the unit is guaranteed to be 98% efficient, however, because smoke as well as oil, is a major in-plant contaminant, we also offer an HEPA unit that can be retrofitted for the unit if smoke continues to be a problem. The addition of the HEPA filter raises the unit's efficiency rating to 99.97% at 0.3 microns.
