Flexaust Bendway Hose Types

Flexaust Bendway A Aluminum Hose

Flexaust Bendway A is a single-ply helically corrugated aluminum alloy hose with a four-ply finished seam. The lightweight construction is hand bendable, allowing elbows and turns to be formed during installation.

Bendway A is available in 2-inch through 12-inch inside diameters with standard 5-foot and 10-foot lengths. The aluminum wall thickness is approximately .008 inch, with a temperature range of -100°F to 400°F.

Flexaust Bendway S Stainless Steel Hose

Bendway S uses a single-ply helically corrugated stainless steel alloy construction with a four-ply finished seam. Like Bendway A, it is lightweight, hand bendable, and self-supporting after the desired bend is formed.

Bendway S is available in 2-inch through 12-inch sizes with standard 5-foot and 10-foot lengths. Its stainless construction provides a temperature range of -400°F to 800°F.

Flexaust Bendway Plus High Temperature Hose

Bendway Plus is manufactured from 316Ti stainless steel using a roll-lock construction. It is designed for demanding high-temperature, fume, and corrosive applications where a flexible metallic hose is required.

Bendway Plus is available in 3-inch through 12-inch diameters and is rated for temperatures up to 1650°F. Standard lengths are 25 feet for selected 3-inch through 8-inch sizes and 15 feet for selected 9-inch through 12-inch sizes.

Hand-Bendable & Self-Supporting Metal Hose

Bendway A and Bendway S can be formed by hand during installation, allowing the hose to make bends and turns without using separate rigid elbows in many layouts. The self-supporting construction helps the formed bend remain in position.

Bendway A and Bendway S are not intended for continuous flexing applications. Choose the Bendway series based on the material, temperature, flexibility, and service requirements of the installation.
