Centrifugal Water Separation
Keltec-Technolab water separators use centrifugal action to separate bulk
liquid water and particulate from the compressed air stream. This provides
effective condensate removal while maintaining a low pressure drop.
Water Separator Sizes & Flow Capacities
Available models cover pipe connections from 1/4 inch through
3 inches and compressed air flows up to 1,294 SCFM.

Automatic Drain Valve Included
Automatic drain valves are fitted as standard to help discharge separated
condensate from the separator housing.
Powder-Coated Separator Housings
Separator bodies feature an electrostatic powder paint finish both
inside and outside.
Water Separators vs. Coalescing Filters
Water separators are designed primarily to remove bulk liquid water and
particulate. They are not intended to remove 100% of the oil
from the compressed air stream.
Where finer removal of oil, water, and particles is required, additional
downstream coalescing and particulate filtration is typically
used after the water separator.
Compressed Air Treatment Systems
A water separator can be installed as part of a complete compressed air
treatment system along with particulate filters, coalescing filters,
activated carbon filters, air dryers, automatic drains, and other air
treatment components.
