Shipping policy

Products will generally ship within 3–5 business days from the date an order is placed. If a product is backordered or not readily available, we will provide an update with an estimated shipping date.

LTL Freight Shipments: Certain oversized, heavy, or otherwise non-parcel-shippable products require Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight service. For products designated as “LTL Freight — Quote & Payment Required After Order,” the customer may complete checkout and pay for the merchandise only. Freight charges are not included in the initial order total.

Following order placement, ProAirSupply will obtain a freight quotation and contact the customer with the shipping cost for review and approval. Freight charges will be invoiced separately and must be approved and paid before the order is released for shipment.

If the customer does not approve the freight quotation, the customer may request cancellation of the unshipped merchandise order and a refund of the amount paid. Any applicable exceptions will be communicated before shipment.

Orders requiring freight service may have different preparation, transit, and delivery times. Any shipping dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
