The EA-1200 centrifugal oil mist collector is an aftermarket replacement designed for the Donaldson Aercology EA-905. Rated for 1,200 CFM, this cyclonic mist collector is intended for single-station machining centers and other industrial processes that generate coolant oil mist, smoke, and vapor.

The collector can be installed in either a direct-mount or remote-mount configuration, allowing it to be adapted to the machine layout and available installation space.

Four-Stage Oil Mist Filtration

The first two filtration stages are located within the rotating drum assembly. The third stage filters the process air after it exits the drum, and the fourth stage uses a final exhaust filter. Optional high-performance mist after-filters may be added to compatible E and EA Series replacement collectors when additional filtration is required.
